مقایسه میزان ظرفیت جذب زایلن در دو نوع جاذب دیاتومیت دارای نانو ذرات دی اکسید روی و بدون آن

چکیده

مقدمه: به دلیل رشد سریع صنایع، تماس های شغلی با ترکیبات آلی فرار روز به روز در حال افزایش است که به جهت داشتن اثرات سوء بر روی انسان می بایست جهت کنترل آنها اقدام نمود. بنابراین هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه میزان ظرفیت جذب زایلن در دو نوع جاذب دیاتومیت دارای نانو ذرات دی اکسید روی و بدون آن می­باشد.

مواد و روش‌ها: بعد از اصلاح شیمیایی و حرارتی دیاتومیت توسط هیدروکلریک اسید 1 مولار آزمایشات جذب بر روی دو نوع دیاتومیت تثبیت شده با نانو ذرات دی اکسید روی و بدون نانو ذرات انجام شد. ایزوترم­ های جذب برای بررسی ظرفیت جذب زایلن و مطابقت داشتن آنها با الگوی آیوپاک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. آنالیز داده ها با دستگاه phocheck tiger انجام گرفت.

نتایج: بوسیله آنالیز BET مشخص شد که جاذب دیاتومیت دارای نانو ذرات نسبت به جاذب دیاتومیت بدون آن مساحت سطح ویژه کمتری دارد. تستSEM و آنالیز EDX حاکی از این است که ذرات ZnO بر روی جاذب تثبیت شده­ اند.  میزان ظرفبت جذب زایلن بعد از اصلاح با نانو ذرات از 1.64 به 2.6 میلی گرم به گرم افزایش داشت و زمان نقطه شکست بعد از اصلاح با نانو ذرات از 18 به 14 دقیقه کاهش یافت.

نتیجه‌گیری: اصلاح دیاتومیت با نانو ذرات Zno باعث افزایش میزان ظرفیت جذب شده و به عنوان کاتالیستی مناسب جهت حذف آلاینده­های آلی فرار پیشنهاد می ­شود.
