بررسی تأثیر آموزش بر مبنای "مدل تلفیقی رفتار برنامهریزی شده و خودکارآمدی" بر انجام رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت زنان کارگر در سنین باروری

مقدمه: مدل رفتار برنامهریزی شده چارچوب مفیدی برای پیشبینی رفتارهاي بهداشتی فراهم مینماید. اضافه نمودن خودکارآمدی به مدل رفتار برنامهریزی شده، عامل مؤثرتري در پیشبینی رفتار ميباشد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر مداخله آموزشی بر مبنای " مدل تلفیقی رفتار برنامهریزی شده و خودکارآمدی" بر رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت زنان کارگر سنین باروری صورت پذیرفت.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه تجربی بود. تعداد 70 نفر از زنان کارگر در دو کارخانه لواشکسازی (35 نفر گروه مداخله و 35 نفر گروه کنترل) بهطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه معتبر و پایای"بررسی رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت زنان کارگر"؛ ابزار جمعآوری دادهها بود. ابزار یک بار قبل و یک با بعد از مداخله آموزشی تکمیل گردید. دادهها توسط آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفت.
نتايج: نتایج پیش آزمون نشان داد قبل از مداخله آموزشی در تمامی حیطهها (نگرش، هنجار فردی، درک کنترل رفتار، خودكارآمدی، قصد و رفتار) بین گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معنیداری وجود نداشت (05/0≤P) اما بعد از مداخله آموزشی میانگین امتیازات نگرش، هنجار فردی، درک کنترل رفتار، خودکارآمدی، قصد و رفتار نسبتبه رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت در گروه مداخله افزایش یافت. همچنین بیشترین تفاوت میانگین در حیطه خودکارآمدی بود.
نتیجهگیری: "مدل تلفیقی رفتار برنامهریزی شده و خودکارآمدی" بهعنوان الگوی قابل قبولی جهت طراحی مداخلات و ارتقای رفتارهای ارتقاءدهنده سلامت زنان کارگر پیشنهاد میگردد.
