رابطه سخترويي با سبكهاي مقابله با استرس در دانشجويان

مقدمه: سخترویی، ویژگی شخصیتی است که مقابله مؤثر با استرس را تسهیل کرده، مانع بروز مشکلات جسمی و روانی میشود. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه سرسختی با سبکهای مقابله با استرس میباشد.
مواد و روشها: جامعه آماری در این تحقیق، دانشجویان دانشگاه پیامنور گلپایگان بود. ازطریق نمونهگیری خوشهای تصادفي 8 کلاس علوم انسانی و علوم پایه دانشگاه پيامنور گلپايگان انتخاب و با مراجعه به این کلاسها 280 دانشجو برگزيده شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه سخترويي اهواز و سبکهاي مقابله با استرس جوانان بود. تحليل دادهها ازطريق آزمون تفاوت دو میانگین مستقل، تحلیل واریانس و تحليل رگرسيون، گامبهگام انجام شد.
نتايج: نتايج، بيانگر عدمتفاوت بين دختران و پسران و دو گروه علوم انساني و علوم پايه در ميزان سخترويي بود. تفاوت معناداري در سه سبک مقابله در گروه علوم انساني و علوم پايه وجود نداشت، اما در دو راهبرد رجوع به ديگران و راهبرد مقابله غيرمؤثر، ميانگين زنان بالاتر از مردان بود. بين متغير سخترويي و سبکهاي مقابله حل مسئله و رجوع به ديگران، همبستگي معناداري مشاهده شد (001/0>P). نتايج تحليل رگرسيون گامبهگام نشان داد که سبکهاي مقابله حل مسئله و راهبرد مقابله غيرمؤثر بهترتيب 44% و 47% واريانس سخترويي را پيشبيني ميکنند. بهعبارتديگر، رابطه بين سخترويي و سبکهاي مقابله با استرس فقط تحت تأثير سبک مقابله حل مسئله و مقابله غيرمؤثر قرار دارد.
نتيجهگيري: باتوجه به نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق مبنیبر وجود رابطه بین سرسختی و مقابله با استرس میتوان نتیجه گرفت که ويژگي سرسختي، نگرش دروني خاصي را بهوجود ميآورد که شيوه رؤيارويي افراد با مسائل مختلف زندگي را تحت تأثير قرار ميدهد و باعث ميشود که فرد فشارهاي رواني را بهصورت واقعبينانه و با بلندنظري مورد توجه قرار دهد. بنابراين تدوين برنامههاي اصلاحي و آموزشي در دانشگاهها ميتواند بسيار کمککننده باشد.
