بررسی تأثیر 6 هفته‌ای تمرینات مقاومتی بر سطوح سرمی آیریزین، پاراتورمون و آلکالين فسفاتاز زنان یائسه با اضافه وزن: کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی

چکیده

مقدمه: آيريزين مايوکيني است که در پاسخ به ورزش، از عضله اسکلتي ترشح مي‌شود. يافته‌هاي جديد پيشنهاد مي‌کند که ممکن است آيريزين نقش مهمي در متابوليسم استخوان داشته باشد. هدف از تحقيق حاضر بررسي تأثير 6 هفته تمرين مقاومتي بر آيريزين، پاراتورمون و آلکالين فسفاتاز سرم زنان داري اضافه وزن يائسه است.

مواد و روش‌ها: 24 زن یائسه دارای اضافه وزن (30/2 ± 87/51 سال، 80/0±59/28کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) انتخاب و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و تجربي به تعداد مساوي قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی 6 هفته، هفته‌ای 3 جلسه و هر جلسه به مدت یک ساعت برنامه تمرین مقاومتی با شدت 60 تا 75% یک تکرار بیشینه را اجرا کرد. 24 ساعت قبل از شروع تمرين و 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین، نمونه‌گیری خونی در حالت ناشتا برای ارزیابی آيريزين، پاراتورمون و آلکالين فسفاتاز انجام شد.

نتايج: نتایج نشان داد 6 هفته تمرین مقاومتی باعث افزايش معنادار آيريزين (04/0=P) و پاراتورمون (034/0=P) زنان دارای اضافه وزن یائسه میشود اما بر مقدار آلکالين فسفاتاز تأثیر معناداری ندارد. همچنين بين آيريزين با پاراتورمون و آلکالين فسفاتاز رابطه معناداري مشاهده نشد.

نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر ميرسد که ميتوان از تمرينات مقاومتي براي بهبود مقدار آيريزين و برخي شاخصهاي متابوليسم استخواني در زنان داراي اضافه وزن يائسه استفاده کرد. با توجه به افزايش آيريزين و پاراتورمون بعد از ورزش، ممکن است آيريزين يکي از رابط‌هاي بين متابوليسم استخوان و فعاليت بدني باشد.
