The global spread of COVID-19 since January 2020 has re-emphasized translating knowledge (COVID-19 researches) to clinical practice. Because COVID-19 flood of research has been accompanied by a tide of false information, such as use of ibuprofen to treat COVID-19 that retracted by WHO a few days later .One more example is use of hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of COVID-19. These examples of treatment approaches demonstrate the dangers of inadequate knowledge translation in the research context such as of COVID-19 pandemic (1-3). Therefore in knowledge translation should be emphasized four approaches such as planning/design, implementation, evaluation, and sustainability to transfer of new knowledge for successfully incorporating evidence into clinical care, involving researchers, clinicians, managers, patients, and policymakers (1-3).
