بررسی سطح بیان BDNF در موشهای نر ویستار پس از شش هفته شنا

مقدمه: تمرینات هوازی موجب بهبود در عملکرد شناختی میشوند. با توجه به نقش کلیدی BDNF در بهبود عملکرد شناختی، پژوهش حاضر، اثر شش هفته شنا در آب سرد و دمای معمول را بر عمکرد شناختی و بیان BDNF بافت مغز مورد بررسی قرار داده است.
مواد و روشها: 25 سرموش نر ویستار (8 هفتهایی، وزن 30±250) از مؤسسه پاستور خریداری و پس از دو هفته آشناسازی با محیط استاندارد آزمایشگاه، در آزمون اولیه عملکرد شناختی شرکت کردند و سپس بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه شنا در آب سرد و دمای معمول و کنترل تقسیم شدند. هر سه گروه آزمون اولیه عملکرد شناختی را اجرا کردند. سپس دو گروه تمرین، شش هفته پروتکل تمرین را اجرا کردند. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسهی تمرین، موشهای صحرایی قربانی شدند و بافت مغز آنها برداشت شد. سپس برای سنجش بیان ژن BDNF از روش ریل تایم PCR استفاده شد. برای تحلیل یافتهها نیز از آزمون آنووای یکطرفه استفاده شد.
نتايج: نتایج نشان داد، عملکرد شناختی در پاسخ به شش هفته شنا کردن نسبتبه گروه کنترل، بهبودیافته است (001>P). همچنین سطوح بیان BDNF بافت مغزی در دو گروه تمرین افزایش معنادار نسبتبه گروه کنترل داشت (002>P). علاوه براین تغییرات بیان BDNF گروه شنا در آب سرد به لحاظ آماری بیشتر از گروه شنا در آب با دمای معمولی بود (04/0>P).
نتیجهگیری: بهنظر میرسد تغییرات بیان BDNF مسئول بخشی از بهبود عملکرد شناختی در پاسخ به تمرینات ورزشی است و شنا در آب سرد میتواند محرک مناسبی برای اثربخشی بیشتر تمرین بر BDNF داشته باشد.
