آموزش بالین پرستاری پرچالش در دوران کوید 19: مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

مقدمه:  آموزش بالین اساس آموزش پرستاری است و اختلال به‌وجود آمده در آموزش بالین در دوران شیوع پاندمی کووید-19 باعث آسیب به این اصل مهم در آموزش پرستاری شد. هدف این مطالعه تبیین تجارب دانشجویان پرستاری از آموزش بالین در دوران کووید-19 بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه تحلیل محتوای کیفی بر روی 16 دانشجوی پرستاری که حداقل سه نیمسال تحصیلی خود را در دوران کووید-19 در دانشکده علوم پزشکی مراغه بودند، انجام گرفت. داده‌های این مطالعه در سال 2022 با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های بدون ساختار و نیمه ساختارمند جمع‌آوری شده و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda 10 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

نتایج: مصاحبه‌های انجام شده ما را به طبقه اصلی آموزش بالینی ناکارآمد رساند. آموزش بالینی ناکارآمد از زیر طبقات: ترس از ابتلا مانع کارکردن با بیمار، تعطیلی کارآموزی در اوایل با جبرانی صوری، محدودیت‌های سازمانی برای حضور در بالین تشکیل شده است.

نتیجه‌گیری: محدودیت‌های موجود در آموزش بالینی در دوران کووید-19 تجربه‌ای بود که در کشورهای دیگر نیز وجود داشت؛ ولی ناکارآمد بودن آموزش بالین پرستاری در این دوران در بیشتر موارد به نحوه مدیریت و عدم استفاده از راه کارهای مناسب برای کم‌کردن اثرات سوء کم شدن زمان آموزش بالینی رو در رو در بالین بود.
