Effect of Hydro-Alcoholic Extract on Wound Healing, Diabetic BlackBerry Male Wistar Rats

Introduction: Diabetes or diabetes, the most common and debilitating human diseases that can cause serious problems for organs. One of the problems with treatment-resistant chronic wounds and that usually is detectable in the foot. This complication called diabetic foot Diabetic foot. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of hydroalcoholic extract on wound healing, diabetic BlackBerry male Wistar rats.
Methods: In this study, 48 Wistar albino rats into four groups (control, sham, experimental, experimental) groups. The groups tested ways with a length of 3 cm on the left spine injuries have created. Process of wound healing was evaluated macroscopically.
Results: Wound healing in group that became diabetes using streptozocin, showed late recovery compared to normal wound healing in normal groups and wound healing in experimental groups treated with BlackBerry was accelerated compared to control group.
Conclusion: The results showed that hydroalcoholic extract the BlackBerry accelerated wound healing and healthy skin samples from diabetes.
