ارتباط سنجی لوکوس ica و تایپهای مختلف SCCmec در ایزولههای بالینی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس مقاوم به متیسیلین: یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی

مقدمه: در ایزولههای بالینی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، کاست ica نقش مهمی در تشکیل بیوفیلم دارد. با این حال، عملکرد آن در ایزولههای بالینی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس حامل لوکوسهای SCCmec و مقاوم به دارو به روشنی مشخص نیست. هدف از این مطالعه، ارتباطسنجی لوکوس ica و تایپهای مختلف SCCmec در ایزولههای بالینی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس مقاوم به متیسیلین میباشد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه ﺗﻮﺻﻴﻔﻲ- تحلیلی، با استفاده از آزمونهای بیوشیمیایی، 89 ایزوله استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس از نمونههای بالینی مختلف جدا شد. الگوی مقاومت به آنتیبیوتیک و سویههای MRSA با روش انتشار از دیسک شناسایی گردید. لوکوسهای SCCmec و ica با استفاده از روش PCR بررسی شدند.
نتايج: 89 ایزوله بالینی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس، 41 سویه MRSA شناسایی گردید. همچنین، فراوانی ژنهای SCCmecI، SCCmecII، SCCmecIII، SCCmecIV و SCCmecV بهترتیب 9/21%، 8/26%، 7/31%، 1/17% و 4/41% بود. بهعلاوه، icaA، icaB، icaC و icaD بهترتیب از 29 ایزوله (58/32%)، 11 ایزوله (35/12%)، 17 ایزوله (10/19%) و 22 ایزوله (71/24%) جدا شد. همچنین، فراوانی کاست SCCmec در سویههای حامل لوکوس ica بهصورت معنیداری بیشتر از سویههای فاقد لوکوس ica بود (05/0≥P).
نتیجهگیری: ژنهای کاست ica نقش مهمی در در افزایش فراوانی سویههای استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس مقاوم به متیسیلین و پراکنش کاستهای SCCmec در سویههای MRSA دارد.
