نگرش پزشکان در بهکارگیری پزشکی مبتنیبر شواهد و موانع مربوطبه آن

مقدمه: پزشکی مبتنیبر شواهد استفاده درست، صحیح و خردمندانه از بهترین شواهد در تصمیمگیری بالینی برای مراقبت از بیماران است. مطالعات نشان دادهاند، استفاده از شواهد معتبر در مراقبتهاي باليني تحت تأثير نگرش افراد قرار دارد. هدف این مطالعه بررسی نگرش پزشکان و موانع بهکارگیری پزشکی مبتنيبر شواهد در کشور ایران است.
مواد و روشها: اين پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- مقطعی است. جامعه پژوهش، پزشکان عمومی، رزیدنتها و متخصصین بیمارستانهای کشور ایران در سال 1390 بودند. حجم نمونه 245 نفر تعیین شدکه بهصورت تصادفی ساده از بین جامعه پژوهش انتخاب گردید. جمعآوری دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه، مشتمل بر اطلاعات زمینهای و اطلاعات مبتنیبر اهداف پژوهش صورت پذیرفت. روايي صوری و محتوی با تأیید افراد صاحب نظر و پايايي آن 8/0=α بهدست آمد.
نتایج: در رابطه با نگرش، 3/85% پزشکان موافق بودند که پزشکی مبتنیبر شواهد، مراقبت بیماران را بهبود میبخشد، 8/71% این رویکرد را در امر تصمیمگیری باليني کمککننده ذكر كردند و 89% نیز بهرهمندی پزشکان از کتابخانه دیجیتال را در بهکارگیری پزشکی مبتنیبر شواهد موثر اعلام نمودند. 2/59% عدمسرمایهگذاری و فقدان تشویق مادی و معنوی برای پزشکان و 3/56% نیاز به آموختن مهارتهای جدید بسیار را، بزرگترین مانع در بهکارگیری آن عنوان کردند.
نتیجهگیری: با آنکه پزشکان نگرش موافقی نسبتبه پزشکی مبتنیبر شواهد دارند؛ عدمسرمایهگذاری و فقدان تشویقهای مادی و معنوی، موجب بیتوجهی پزشکان در بهکارگیری پزشکی مبتنیبر شواهد در طبابت شده است.
