تاثیر همزمان فعالیت تمرینی منظم و ویتامین D بر سطح آپپتوز و آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی بافت قلب در رت های نر قرار گرفته در معرض آب اکسیژنه

چکیده


چکیده

مقدمه :اثرات بیولوژیک ترکیبات اکسید کننده قوی در بدن انسان ، تحت کنترل عوامل آنتی اکسیدان است . اختلال در عمل اندامها ممکن است نتیجه واکنش هایی میان رادیکالهای آزاد با غشاء سلول ها باشد . معلوم شده است که هدف اصلی رادیکال های اکسیژن لیپیدهای غشاء سلول ها می باشد . هدف از مطالعه حاضر ، بررسی آسیب پذیری سلول های میوکارد و ارزیابی آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی در بافت قلب رت های نر می باشد .

مواد وروش ها : 60 سر رت نر بالغ از نژاد ویستار با وزن 20±220 گرم و 10-8 هفته ای

به طور تصادفی به 10 گروه n=6 مطابق با مداخلات استرس، ویتامین D و فعالیت تمرینی منظم ، شامل گروه شاهد ، آب اکسیژنه (H)؛ آب اکسیژنه دو برابر  (2H)، آب اکسیژنه + ویتامین دی (HD)،  آب اکسیژنه دوبرابر + ویتامین دی 2HD)) ، آب اکسیژنه + تمرین (HE)، آب اکسیژنه دو برابر + تمرین (2HE)، آب اکسیژنه + تمرین + ویتامین دی (HDE)، آب اکسیژنه دوبرابر + تمرین + ویتامین دی ((2HDEو نهایتا دی متیل سولفوکساید + سالین(DMSO)  تقسیم وبه مدت 8 هفته تحت پروتکل مداخله قرار گرفتند سپس غلظت آنزیم های آنتی اکسیدانی در بافت قلب اندازه گیری وبا استفاده از تجزیه وتحلیل واریانس سه طرفه تحلیل شد . سطح معنی داری برابر 0.05 در نظر گرفته شد .

نتایج :یافته ها نشان داد که تمرین باعث افزایش SOD و GPX  شد اما افزایش کاتالاز معنادار نبود . همچنین از سوی دیگر تلفیق تمرین ، ویتامین d و آب اکسیژنه تاثیر هم افزایی در مهار فعالیت پروتئین  fas دارد ، و در حفاظت وپیشگیری از عوارض ناشی از آپپتوز والتهاب میوکارد موثر است .

نتیجه گیری:در رابطه با مصرف دوزهای مختلف H2O2در مقایسه با گروه تمرین و D به تنهایی و یا گروه کنترل نشان داده شد که ترکیب تمرین استقامتی و D باعث افزایش معنادار و خیلی بیشتری در فعالیت آنزیم های SOD و GPX می شود.
