اثرکروسین بر اختلال یادگیری، حافظه فضایی و مرگ سلولی نکروز در ناحیه هیپوکامپ موشهای صحرایی بهدنبال سمیت عصبی ناشی از متآمفتامین

مقدمه: متآمفتامین یک محرک قدرتمند سیستم عصبی مرکزی است سوءمصرف متآمفتامین میتواند با آسیب غیرقابل برگشت سلولهای مغزی همراه باشد و منجر به ناهنجاریهای عصبی و روانی گردد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه ارزيابي تأثیرکروسین بر اختلال یادگیری، حافظه فضایی و مرگ سلولی نکروز در ناحیه هیپوکامپ موش های صحرایی بهدنبال سمیت عصبی ناشی از متآمفتامین بود.
مواد و روشها: برای انجام این مطالعه تعداد60 راس موش صحرایی نر بالغ از نژاد ویستار با وزن تقریبی 250-200 گرم و تحت شرایط استاندارد و بعد از گذراندن دوره سازگاری استفاده شد؛ متآمفتامین با دوز40 میلیگرم به ازای یک کیلوگرم وزن بدن بهصورت 4 دوز متوالی به فاصله دو ساعت داخل صفاق تزریق میگردد. درمان با کروسین بهصورت تزريق داخل صفاق 30 دقیقه، 24 و 48 ساعت بعد از تزریق متآمفتامین بود.. سه روز پس از تزریق متآمفتامین، آزمون حافظه فضایی توسط ماز آب موریس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و سپس به جهت ارزیابی میزان مرگ سلولی نکروزیس از تکنیک رنگآمیزی کریزل ویوله (نیسل) استفاده شد.
نتايج: یافتهها نشان داد که درمان با کروسین بهطور قابل توجهی آسیب ناحیه CA1 هیپوکامپ و اختلالات حافظه و یادگیری فضایی ناشی از متآمفتامین را بهبود میبخشد.
نتیجهگیری: باتوجه به این اثرات حفاظتی کروسین در شرایط پاتولوژیک، میتوان آن را بهعنوان یک عامل درمانی برای بیماریهای مختلف معرفی کرد.
